What You Need to Know About the Census
Read "How to Kill An American"
My friend sent me this today. It is excellent, as most of us are sitting and looking at a 2010 Census Form. I am marking "2" only on the form, attaching this "To whom it may concern" and mailing it. That is all they are getting. Feel free to forward, print to mail in your census envelope along with the questionaire in which you've only answered the first question, cut and paste on facebook, hand to a census worker who comes to your door, or wherever necessary to get the message out:
To Whom it May Concern,
Pursuant to Article I, Section 2, Clause 3 of the Constitution, the only information you are empowered to request is the total number of occupants at this address. My "name, sex, age, date of birth, race, ethnicity, telephone number, relationship and housing tenure" have absolutely nothing to do with apportioning direct taxes or determining the number of representatives in the House of Representatives. Therefore, neither Congress nor the Census Bureau have the constitutional authority to make that information request a component of the enumeration outlined in Article I, Section 2, Clause 3. In addition, I cannot be subject to a fine for basing my conduct on the Constitution because that document trumps laws passed by Congress.
"Neither branch of the legislative department [House of Representatives or Senate], still less any merely administrative body [such as the Census Bureau], established by congress, possesses, or can be invested with, a general power of making inquiry into the private affairs of the citizen. Kilbourn v. Thompson, 103 U.S. 168, 190. We said in Boyd v. U.S., 116 U. S. 616, 630, 6 Sup. Ct. 524,?and it cannot be too often repeated,?that the principles that embody the essence of constitutional liberty and security forbid all invasions on the part of government and it's employees of the sanctity of a man's home and the privacies of his life. As said by Mr. Justice Field in Re Pacific Ry. Commission, 32 Fed. 241, 250, 'of all the rights of the citizen, few are of greater importance or more essential to his peace and happiness than the right of personal security, and that involves, not merely protection of his person from assault, but exemption of his private affairs, books, and papers from inspection and scrutiny of others. Without the enjoyment of this right, all others would lose half their value.'"
Note: This United States Supreme Court case has never been overturned.
Respectfully,
A Citizen of the United States of America
A stranger came to our house several weeks ago and presented us with a census form. He did likewise to the homes of all our neighbors, most of whom won't return to their part-time homes until Memorial Day or after. In those cases, he left the form on their doors where they remain to this day as great beacons to those low-lifes of our society who make their living by looting such unprotected homes.
As for me, I prmptly tossed it into the deepest recess of my desk and forgot it except for the frequent nagging of number two person on the census form. Today the volume reached such a crescendo that I was forced to retrieve the document and fill it out.
Having read the United States constitution, I was aware of my obligation in regard to the U.S. Census and vowed to fill it out accordingly. And I went even further than required as I not only entered the number of people in my home but I gave in a bit and listed the names. Oh, wait, I did answer the very intrusive question about race and in that box I wrote "American" because of the many check boxes provided, none of them was "American".
That's it and I now urge you to fill out the census so that our county and state will be able to get back some of the money stolen from us by the federal government. But I also urge you to follow my suit and not provide information they should not have
God Bless You and God Bless America.
Respectfully,
Just A. Citizen
PS: oh, I forgot, I did fill out one other question. The one about sex. I answered "yes".
(Editor's Note: The following report is excerpted from Jerome Corsi's Red Alert, the online newsletter published by the current No. 1 best-selling author, WND staff writer and columnist. and author of the best-selling books "The Obama Nation" and "Unfit for Command".)
A controversy developed when it was revealed the Obama administration is willing to spend billions of dollars to fund offshore drilling in Brazil while blocking U.S. development of oil and natural gas resources by continuing environmental objections to opening U.S. offshore drilling, Jerome Corsi's Red Alert reports.
Underlying the controversy was the disclosure that Obama-supporter and billionaire hedge-fund manager George Soros bought a $811 million stake in Petroleo Brasileiro SA in the second quarter, making the Brazilian state-controlled oil company his investment fund's largest holding.
A Wall Street Journal editorial led with the headline, "Obama underwrites offshore drilling," followed by the subtitle, "Too bad it's not in U.S. waters."
What underscored the controversy was that Petrobras notified the country's National Petroleum Agency that the company had made yet a third huge oil find in the Campos Basin off the coast of Rio de Janeiro in the Atlantic Ocean, as reported by the Wall Street Journal.
"Brazil, a country that was once considered so devoid of oil that its auto industry has traditionally been fueled by sugar-derived ethanol, is now positioned to become a world leader in oil exports," Corsi wrote, "thanks exclusively to deep-water oil exploration that has paid off."
Red Alert has consistently argued that U.S. energy policy makes no sense when blocking offshore oil and natural gas exploration dooms the U.S. to continued dependency on foreign oil – especially at a time when the nation's negative balance of trade and trillion-dollar deficits have caused the U.S. to hemorrhage the outflow of dollars when the nation can ill-afford the loss of foreign exchange reserves.
Red Alert has also consistently argued that oil is an abiotic product that should be found in abundance as drilling technology becomes affordable at deeper levels, especially offshore.
While abiotic theories are still not embraced by U.S. geologists, Ukrainian geologists are generally in agreement with Russia.
"What should be clear is that opening up the U.S. offshore continental shelf to drilling will increase the supply of U.S.-produced oil and natural gas over time," Corsi wrote. "Rather than funding offshore drilling in Brazil, President Obama would be well advised to take on the environmentalists to fund offshore drilling in the United States."
Corsi continued, "Obama's policy choice is obvious when we realize that most environmentalists, like President Obama himself, derive from the radical left where ideological purity demands that offshore drilling, especially by the capitalist-motivated United States, must be viewed as evil."

These are some comments of Lee Iacocca from his book: “Where Have All the Leaders Gone?”:
Lee Iacocca Says:
Am I the only guy in this country who's fed up with what's happening? Where the hell is our outrage? We should be screaming bloody murder! We've got a gang of clueless bozos steering our ship of state right over a cliff, we've got corporate gangsters stealing us blind… But instead of getting mad, everyone sits around and nods their heads when the politicians say, 'Stay the course.'
Stay the course? You've got to be kidding. This is America, not the damned, 'Titanic'. I'll give you a sound bite: 'Throw all the bums out!'
You might think I'm getting senile, that I've gone off my rocker, and maybe I have. But someone has to speak up. I hardly recognize this country anymore.
The most famous business leaders are not the innovators but the guys in handcuffs. … . And the press is waving 'pom-poms' instead of asking hard questions. That's not the promise of the 'America' my parents and yours traveled across the ocean for.
I've had enough. How about you?
Leaders are made, not born. Leadership is forged in times of crisis. …
It's another thing to lead when your world comes tumbling down….
We're running the biggest deficit in the history of the country.
We're losing the manufacturing edge to Asia, while our once-great companies are getting slaughtered by health care costs.
Gas prices are skyrocketing, and nobody in power has a coherent energy policy. Our schools are in trouble.
Our borders are like sieves.
The middle class is being squeezed every which way.
But when you look around, you've got to ask: 'Where have all the leaders gone?' Where are the curious, creative communicators? Where are the people of character, courage, conviction, omnipotence, and common sense? …
Name me an industry leader who is thinking creatively about how we can restore our competitive edge in manufacturing. Who would have believed that there could ever be a time when 'The Big Three' referred to Japanese car companies? How did this happen, and more important, what are we going to do about it?
I have news for the gang in Congress. We didn't elect you to sit on your asses and do nothing and remain silent while our democracy is being hijacked and our greatness is being replaced with mediocrity. What is everybody so afraid of?......
Had Enough? Hey, I'm not trying to be the voice of gloom and doom here. I'm trying to light a fire. I'm speaking out because I have hope - I believe in America. In my lifetime, I've had the privilege of living through some of America 's greatest moments. I've also experienced some of our worst crises: The 'Great Depression,' 'World War II,' the 'Korean War,' the 'Kennedy Assassination,' the 'Vietnam War,' the 1970's oil crisis, and the struggles of recent years culminating with 9/11.

Paul Curtman
At the Tenth Amendment Rally in Jefferson City, Paul Curtman was one of the teachers who spoke on the Constitution and the intent based on the Constitutional Convention and writings by the founding fathers.
Paul did a great job making the comparison to the intent and how the Constitution is being violated by the Federal Government today. He is twenty nine years old. A ten year Marine and currently running for State Representative In the 105th District.
He did such an outstanding job we invited him to speak to the Camdenton Tea Party Group at a special meeting which was held at the Camdenton Middle School on Feb. 6, 2010.
His 80 minute message available here in MP3 format about our constitution was inspiring.
Paul will also be one of our speakers at our Tea Party on April 24th. You can also check him out on You Tube and see him demanding an apology from Senator McCaskill
